1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is deemed confirmed once driver and vehicle registration details are shared via phone or WhatsApp. Advance token payments may be requested for peak holiday travel or luxury vehicle bookings (Tempo Travellers, Innova Crysta).
2. Tolls, Taxes & Parking Charges
Standard per-km rates cover vehicle hire, fuel, and chauffeur charges. National Highway tolls, State Border Permit taxes, and parking fees (at airports, railway stations, or tourist monuments) are payable on actual receipts.
3. Outstation & Overnight Allowances
For round-trip outstation journeys, a standard minimum distance of 250–300 km per calendar day applies. Driver night allowances (bhatta) apply for journeys where the chauffeur drives or remains stationed after 10:00 PM.
4. Luggage & Passenger Capacity
Passengers must adhere to the legal seating limit of the booked vehicle category (4 passengers for hatchbacks and sedans; 6–7 passengers for SUVs). Overcrowding is strictly prohibited by Indian Motor Vehicle regulations.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 6 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time incur zero cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 2 hours of dispatch, a nominal driver mobilization fee may apply.
